Capabilities
In 25 years of experience and knowledge, IVC has mastered the “project management” process to provide the best solution for our customers. This textbook process to define, plan, design, implement, execute while controlling costs and time has been refined to assure consistent outstanding results.
Communication is very important to the process. The scope and details of the project, the goals, the schedule and the budget are set at the beginning to meet the client’s objectives and reviewed with the client. IVC will strictly adhere to this criterion.
Design
The IVC Design Team has extensive knowledge and experience providing concepts and designs to meet requirements.
The final success starts with the customer and designer collaboration to prepare detailed designs utilizing SolidWorks for the 3D model, wiring diagrams and detailed components. These drawings are the foundation for manufacturing, installation and documentation manuals.
Manufacturing
The IVC Manufacturing Team is proud of the quality of the equipment that is produced. Attention to detail is critical to assure the system functions as designed today and in the future. Lean manufacturing techniques, drawing details and quality inspection are employed to assure an outstanding outcome.
Assembly
The IVC Team performs complete inhouse assembly for each project. The system is assembled based on detailed drawings and assembly criteria provided by the IVC Engineering Dept. Each system is fully tested and put through a rigorous performance test prior to customer acceptance.
Expertise
Our 25 years of designing and building machine vision and automation systems has given IVC the expertise and track record of formulating the best system for your unique and challenging application. Below shows some of the areas of our expertise.
Engineering concepts, designs & vision evaluation expertise. Great minds bring great innovation. The proper information is required for the best vision and machine to provide reliable solutions at the right price.
Mechanical Design: Our experienced design and implementation engineers utilize SolidWorks 3D to design and test the mechanical portions of the system.
Controls and Electrical design: AutoCAD is used to design our control panels and electrical systems. This assists the engineers to streamline the design and assure all components are properly selected and fit.
The brains to control our systems is the PLC/HMI/PC. The design & programming is critical to achieve the targets set in the original plan. Our system programmers and designers collaborate to successfully achieve these goals. This will include software validation during the programming phase and after the build phase.
